August 21, 2014: Family Warrior! ... and Fingerprints ...

So...if you're ever adopting, and you hear "You're good to go!"  That is code for "Just wait!  You really have 149,234 more pieces of paperwork that need done."

Ha ha!

We found out last night that we're in need of FBI fingerprints to finish our home study that was supposed to be done like a month ago.

Thankfully, for a stiff price, they can be expedited.

And thanks to our wonderful social workers and advocates who are helping us wade through the deep waters of adoption paperwork.

On another note...

WE HAVE A FAMILY WARRIOR!  When adopting a child advocated for on Reece's Rainbow, you have the option of requesting someone to help you get the word out, pray for you, and help you fundraise.  We had a wonderful woman named Erin step forward and offer to help us out.

YAY!  We are so excited!
