Summer 2013: Found Cornerstone and started tutoring

In the summer of 2013, Marc and I made the decision for me to go back to work part time at Cornerstone Christian University.  I would be teaching part time and tutoring on the side.

My coworkers

I loved these jobs, and I seriously saw myself doing this for the rest of my career.

But God had other plans.

I believed wholeheartedly that God prepared me for CCA through my "over-time" work with students at Colonel Crawford and Wynford.  I really thought that God had shaped my philosophy on learning differences and students who struggle in a normal classroom because of this job.

But the truth was, God wanted me to take this job to further understand the realm of special needs so that I would be prepared for what He had next for us:

Special Needs Adoption.

1 Corinthians 13:12  Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity.[b] All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely.
